中国食品添加剂生产应用工业协会
中国食品添加剂生产应用工业协会是由国家经贸委业务领导，在国家民政部注册登记的惟一的全国性食品添加剂和食品配料行业组织。目前有国内会员单位800多个，国外联系会员单位近100个。协会业务范围是：提出行业发展规划建议；对重大项目进行论证；发布行业信息、出版刊物；参与制订标准，质量监督、发放生产、卫生许可证等工作；制订行规行约；举办国内外展览会、技术交流会，促进国际合作。
协会主办国内外公开发行的双月刊《中国食品添加剂》和行业内部交流刊物《中国食品添加剂快报》。
协会每年在国内举办中国国际食品添加剂展览会（FIC），每年组织国内企业赴美国参加美国食品工艺学家学会年会（IFT），赴欧洲参加欧洲食品配料展览会（FIE）等活动。

China Food Additive Association (CFAA), led by the State Economic and Trade Commission, is the sole national food additives and ingredients industry organization registered at the Ministry of Civil Affairs. CFAA has more than 800 domestic members and nearly 100 associate members located in abroad. The main tasks of CFAA are as follows:
To raise suggestions on the development and policy for the industry;
To carry out evaluation programs for some important projects;
To release industry news and publish magazine CHINA FOOD ADDITIVES and CHINA FOOD ADDITIVE NEWSLETTER;
To participate in the standard making, quality monitoring and the issuing of production and sanitary certifications;
To set up regulations and guidelines for the industry;
To hold Food Ingredients China (FIC) at home and organize the domestic companies to participate IFT Annual Meeting & Food Expo (IFT) and Food Ingredients Europe (FIE) every year in order to enhance the exchanges and international cooperation.
